Residence Inn Arundel Mills BWI Airport

Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. A lot of the staff wore Christmas Pajamas. There was always hot and cold traditional Christmas drinks. As well as cold water, tea, and coffee. I had to work remotely for 2 days and had a nice quiet area to do so. The holiday decorations were beautiful and festive. There was even a well stocked emergency gift wrapping station. The daily breakfast had something for everyone. Fresh fruit, hot and cold drinks, eggs, sausage (beef, turkey, pork) potatoes, Belgium waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, etc.

Lorrie and Chastity... went above and beyond to resolve the issue and accommodate us . They really care , greeted every guest while fixing several issues. They need a raise.

From the time I made my call to let them know I was running late Brain Singer. The Supervisor was amazing. He even took a picture with me. this will be my go-to place when needed.
